1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Playrzone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Account sharing is not permitted
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Playrzone

3. Content & Behaviour

You may not:

• Post illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam or artificially manipulate engagement
• Exploit platform systems such as views, algorithms, or ranking
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By uploading content to Playrzone, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform.

You may delete your content at any time, which revokes this licence for future use.

5. Moderation

Playrzone reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms
• Issue warnings, mutes, or suspensions
• Permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated violations
• Restrict access to specific features

Every profile, clip, post, comment, and message has an in-app report option. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice.

6. Copyright & DMCA

Playrzone respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on Playrzone infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to support@playrzone.net with the subject “DMCA Takedown Notice”, including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The URL(s) of the infringing material on Playrzone
• Your contact information (name, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We remove or disable access to infringing material promptly on valid notice. Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.

7. Advertising

Publicly accessible pages on Playrzone may display advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and kept separate from platform content. You must not click ads fraudulently, encourage others to click ads, or use automated means to interact with ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out of personalised ads.

8. Platform Features

• Algorithmic systems determine content visibility (feeds, recommendations)
• Features, interfaces, and functionality may change at any time
• Premium features and virtual items are subject to their own terms of purchase

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account from the Settings page at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Playrzone is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Playrzone is not liable for:

• User-generated content posted on the platform
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Actions taken by third-party services connected to your account

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
