If you encounter problems, let us know. You can report:
- Bugs and unexpected behaviour
- App crashes or performance issues
- Content not loading or displaying incorrectly
Include as much detail as possible: what you were doing, your device/browser, and any error messages you saw.
Report Users or Content
The primary way to report users or content is through the in-app report button found on profiles, posts, clips, and messages. When reporting, include the relevant usernames and a description of the issue.
If you are unable to use in-app reporting, email support@playrzone.net with details.
Copyright & DMCA
If you believe content on Playrzone infringes your copyright, email support@playrzone.net with the subject “DMCA Takedown Notice”. Our Terms of Service list exactly what to include. Valid notices are actioned promptly, and repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Account Help
- Login issues Try resetting your password from the login page. If you signed up with Google or Discord, use the same provider to sign in.
- Password resetUse the “Forgot password” link on the login page. A reset code will be sent to your email.
- Account recovery If you no longer have access to your email, contact us with your username and any details that can verify ownership.
- Account deletionYou can permanently delete your account from Settings > Danger Zone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are notifications not working?
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings and in Playrzone Settings. On mobile, you may need to grant notification permissions when prompted.
Why is my clip not showing?
Clips go through processing after upload. This usually takes a few seconds but can take longer for larger files. If your clip is stuck in processing for more than a few minutes, try re-uploading.
How does the For You page work?
The For You feed uses a relevance algorithm that considers clip engagement, recency, and your connections. You can switch to a chronological feed using the Recent toggle.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone section, and follow the account deletion flow. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I disconnect a linked account?
Go to Settings > Security and find the linked account you want to remove. Click Disconnect to unlink it from your Playrzone account.
